We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange your stay. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it is processed
Enquiry form submissions are transmitted securely to us via a third-party form processor (Formspree). Availability shown on our Calendar page is read from Google Calendar; no personal data from your visit is sent to Google as part of that display.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a booking follows, for the duration required by Austrian commercial and tax record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to eho@me.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address as part of delivering the font files.
